  We took our puppy in after hours as she wouldn't stop vomiting. The clinic staff kept advising us that they would call us back at a certain time and this never happened. We were constantly having to following up on the well-being of our puppy and what was happening with her. I would think as animal lovers yourselves, that you would appreciate how concerned we were for our puppy and that you might let us know how she was doing, especially when it wasn’t clear what was wrong with her. We were advised by Sarah that an ultrasound would be performed, but when we picked Poppy up on the Tuesday afternoon, this was not done and she was still vomiting. When we took her back in, the vet Rachael was more concerned with going through her price list than with our puppy’s well-being.

  I am writing this review having been home with him two days and we just received flowers from them as a condolence for our other baby who didn't make it.

  His recovery will still take a little while longer with some more vet visits and check ups to come but every time we go visit the love the vets there have for our little dog is just so lovely to see.

  The vets are extremely knowledgeable and professional, and the clinic is tidy and looked after. The young man at reception was lovely and very helpful. Also, very thankful that they're open after hours for emergencies. Highly recommend them

  I have been attending this clinic for approx. 10 years. I have had everything from the annual vet checks, to emergency consultations at night, to having pets put to sleep or requiring operations. Throughout all of this, the staff have been knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, friendly and very genuine. They call to check on pets after surgery and also check on the owners of pets after a per has died. They take the time and effort to get to know the family and the pet. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. Keep up the fantastic work

  Although I would not wish this experience on anyone, it was very nice to have genuinely caring people surrounding and supporting us.

  Over the weekend our two little fur babies were attacked by a brown snake and bitten. Trying to find a vet that was open on a Sunday and stocked the anti venom was extremely hard. These guys after hearing immediately got ready for my little pups and had three vets called in waiting. Devastatingly out staffy didn't even make it as far as the vets and as soon as I got there my whippet started showing signs of having being bitten too, which at the time I was unaware. The vets were so quick on to it and worked on him all night, breathing for him until the late hours. From showing signs of having been bitten to his extremely fast deterioration he was given a 5% chance of survival and pretty much passed away as well on the table..... the vets at Lilydale Vet Centre brought him back to us and took that 5% chance and he is now ok....
