  What appalling service - went in there Sunday afternoon Sunday 7th May, to buy something quick over the counter, clearly giving efficient quick service was not a priority - huge line - unclear if there was limited staff but one staff member carrying her own dog around, going to dog wash and seemed in very slow Sunday mode - I am unlikely to ever return here - stood waiting for close to 25 minutes and still had not been served and left. Prefer to take my business and money where it receives service and is appreciated!

  Absolutely fantastic service and advice. I went in with my 14 week old Rottweiler pup and was offered by the friendly staff to have him washed free of charge. They did a great job on him and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to get him washed again. The store has a great range of products at a reasonable rate.
