    Out of state visitor with the need to process conveyance documentation. From my initial arrival I was assisted by friendly staff with Erica providing personal assistance smoothing the way. What could have been a very stressful experience turned into a most pleasurable visit.

    Genuinely one of the best community librarys I have been to. Beautiful setting, extremely helpful staff, a decent array of computers to use (all of which are speedy!), a fancy, easy-to-use self service desk and a brilliant range of books :) I big thumbs up from me! *****

    Very knowledgeable and helpful staff and a pleasant place to visit. Has free computer lessons for seniors every Monday from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm and 1.30 pm to 3.3.30 pm. You can bring your own laptop or use the library's desk tops.

    Erica was on duty at Mooroolbark library the following day, so having obtained document certification I rocked up to scan & email all documents. Once again Erica made herself available providing a professional & efficient service streamlining my visit. Most impressive. Thanks to all staff.

    The new location is beautiful but a tough uphill walk for old people. They seem to have thrown out even more stock too, as there are hardly any books, but it is good to see the building back in use.
