  Do your reception staff get paid? Why are they so rude? Is it really that hard to book an appointment? Why is everything such an effort?

  The staff here were all entirely lovely. They even went out of their way to treat me in the best possible way they could by providing a treatment that I was interested in but my gynaecologist never explored. By doing so they saved me so much time, money and from having to do another procedure under anaesthetic. Having lovely nurses (both male and female) makes all the difference. It turns a terrifying and painful experience into a memory of kindness and love. They never once left my side.

  I attended the Day Surgery yesterday and found the staff to be absolutely amazing. They were so friendly and helpful which made me feel very comfortable. The procedure went smoothly thanks to the wonderful Dr. Cham and nurses. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

  Terrible people skills. A smile wouldn't go astray. Have been here multiple times and dread dealing with the incompetent reception staff. I don't at all appreciate eye rolling either.

  Can't believe anyone would give anything less than 5 star review for the amazing staff in the day surgery area. From the admission nurse to the trainee nurse everyone was attentive, caring, professional and always went out of their way to make me comfortable. The surgeon was late, due to delivering at another hospital, but you can hardly hold that against them.... so I didn't. I was content to wait but the regular aplogies and updates from all the staff were what made a potentially crappy situation, a not so bad one. Thanks to every one of the staff that nursed me.

  I dont know what they are saying. My experience couldn't have been better. The staff are friendly caring and wonderful. Just the procedure not so nice. Thanks for everything
