    Went in to the branch and was Extremely disappointing. I wanted to open an account and was told they could help me as they were understaffed. There are 3 people behind the counter. 1 in an office off to the side. No one else in the branch but me. Was told to go and make an appointment over the phone or do it online which is pointless as I would still have to go back to verify who I am. Don't waste your time.

    The younger bankers are very polite but the main manager of the branch is very picky about who is good enough for her to assist.

    Have had 2 staff members enter the branch on separate occasions to return back to me to tell me of the rudeness of the staff.

    I went in myself after work to see for myself and was more or less yelled at for waiting to see someone.
