  Excellent service. I own a 2015 Toyota Camry RZ and have serviced it several times at Toyota Lilydale. Very friendly staff and excellent service. I will continue to get my Toyota serviced here.

  Bought a Corolla about two years ago and still going strong - the best part was the ease of buying it. Robin assisted with providing all options without any false pressure. All the staff we met are genuinely friendly and the showroom is very clean. Worth the drive. I should also mention that due to my work I was unable to take delivery but they organised to do this at my house, after hours! Any business that goes the extra mile should be recognised.

  I think Yarra Valley are growing their business by building Toyota’s reputation where as my old dealership are probably losing business by relying on Toyota’s reputation to get them through.

  I purchased my car through Yarra Valley but due to distance have been using a closer, more convenient dealership for my services. Unfortunately, I've been left disappointed every time so I booked in and made the one hour trip out to Lilydale this time around.

  The difference was amazing, from the customer experience lady, through to the team in the workshop, everyone seemed eager to help and all the work was carried out as requested and on time. It was great to feel like my custom was valued again. It takes me an hour to get to Lilydale from home but I'll continue to make the trip for as long as they maintain this level of service. I've already sent a work friend looking for her sons first car out to Yarra Valley as a result of the great service and will continue to do so.
